The Municipality of Berat is the primary institutional partner of the DIVA project and the direct beneficiary of the platform. As the authority responsible for urban planning, tourism development, and the protection of cultural and environmental heritage, the Municipality plays a strategic role in ensuring the integration of digital solutions within the local context.
Through its commitment to administrative innovation and the sustainable enhancement of the territory, Bashkia Berat actively contributes to promoting a governance model capable of combining cultural identity, territorial competitiveness, and community participation.
The Project Office of the Municipality of Berat coordinates local development initiatives, international cooperation programs, and administrative modernization efforts. With specialized expertise in project design, monitoring, and the management of public and international funds, the office acts as the operational engine of territorial transformation.
Within the DIVA project, the Project Office supports data collection, technical coordination with municipal departments, and the implementation of results at the local level, helping establish a solid foundation for the adoption of digital tools and innovative processes in urban governance.
